As of today, May 8th, Russia and Ukraine are open for direct shipping as NFR (Not For Resale) entities with LifePharm Global Network! Those of you in Russia and Ukraine can have your products shipped directly from LifePharm Global Network right to your door by following the guidelines below. Russian and Ukrainian IBOs who have already submitted an Internal Revenue Service W-8BEN form and a form of identification (Internal Russian or Ukrainian Passport or ID card): Please email your request for direct shipment to Eurasia@LifePharmGlobal.com along with a signed and completed Direct Shipment Agreement Form, which confirms your commitment for direct shipment to Russia or Ukraine. In your email, please state that you have already submitted your W-8BEN form and identification (Passport/ID Card) earlier. Your Russian/Ukrainian address will be updated in our system within 2-3 business days from the time we receive your W-8BEN form, a form of identification (Russian or Ukrainian Passport or ID card) and the signed and completed Direct Shipment Agreement Form. Once your address is updated in our system, you may place orders from your Virtual Office for direct shipments to your Russian or Ukrainian address. Russian and Ukrainian IBOs who have NOT yet submitted an Internal Revenue Service W-8BEN form and a form of Identification (Internal Passport or ID Card): In order to have your order shipped directly to your Russian or Ukrainian address, we must receive a completed and signed W-8BEN form, a form of identification (Russian or Ukrainian Passport or ID Card) and a completed and signed Direct Shipment Agreement Form. NEW Russian & Ukrainian IBOs who signed up online with proper Russian or Ukraine address: We will ship your initial order upon signing up as an IBO. However, in order to have all your future orders shipped directly to your Russian or Ukrainian address, we must receive a completed and signed W-8BEN form, a form of identification (Russian or Ukrainian Passport or ID Card) and a completed and signed Direct Shipment Agreement Form. For your convenience, IRS Form W-8BEN is also available online under the Resources tab in your Virtual Office under the "Russia/Ukraine” country selection. IMPORTANT: If you are a Russian or Ukrainian IBO who is currently signed up for Auto-Delivery with U.S. address, and have sent in your W-8BEN form and a form of Identification (Passport or ID Card), you must first CANCEL your current Auto-Delivery on file that has a U.S. address, then re-sign up with your Russian or Ukrainian address. Otherwise, your future Auto-Delivery orders will continue to be shipped to the U.S. address on file. Please also note that once your country has been changed to Russia or Ukraine with the proper local address, products available for direct shipment to these countries will start from a minimum quantity of three (30-count) bottles. This includes any new sign-up orders, Auto-Delivery orders, and regular IBO orders. Attention to our IBOs in Ukraine: The law in Ukraine: "On prevention of financial catastrophe and on establishment of a background for economic growth in Ukraine" No. 1166-VII, became effective on April 1, 2013. Under this law, please note that all your packages exceeding 150 Euros will be subject to a 10% Customs Duty and 20% VAT on the total value of products and shipping fee.
